Vynorix Technologies is a forward-thinking tech company focused on building innovative digital products. Our flagship products include TokenCare (a next-generation healthcare platform for clinic and queue management) and Ira Magic Tools (an AI-driven productivity suite). As an intern, you will get the chance to build real features for these high-impact products!

2. What roles are you currently hiring for?

We are actively hiring across multiple domains including: Software Development (Full Stack), Design (UI/UX & Graphic Design), Video Editing, Sales & Marketing, and Product Management. We even have an Open Role if you feel you can contribute in a unique way!

3. [Engineering] What is the tech stack for developer roles?

We build fast, scalable applications. Our core stack includes: Frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS), Backend (Next.js API Routes, Node.js), Database (Prisma with PostgreSQL), and Auth (Firebase). You don't need to be an expert in all of these, but you should be eager to learn them quickly!

4. [Design] I'm applying for a Design role. Do I need a portfolio, and what tools do you use?

Yes, a portfolio or a link to your past work is crucial! We care more about your design sense, typography, and problem-solving than the specific tool. We primarily use Figma for UI/UX, and Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator for Graphic Design.

5. [Video Editing] What kind of content will I be working on?

You will edit engaging, fast-paced content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and marketing campaigns. Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut is great, but your storytelling, pacing, and creativity matter the most.

6. [Sales & Marketing] What does this role involve? Are there targets?

You will drive growth for TokenCare by connecting with clinics and doctors. It involves direct outreach, lead generation, and digital marketing. While we are performance-driven, the main focus is on learning real-world B2B sales and growth strategies.

7. [Product Management] What will I actually do as a PM Intern?

You'll help define the product vision and roadmap for products like TokenCare. You'll work directly with founders, designers, and developers to turn ideas into shipped features, utilizing data analysis and user-first product strategy.

9. Will my work actually be used in production?

Yes, absolutely! Whether you're coding new features, designing interfaces, editing marketing videos, or driving sales, your work will directly impact real users on Vynorix products. For developers, we use a strict Sandbox approach so you can safely build and test before changes go live.

10. What does the interview process look like?

Because we move fast, we skip the drawn-out assignments. Our process is: 1) Application Review (GitHub/Portfolio/Resume). 2) Live Interview (30 mins). 3) Problem Solving (Instead of textbook questions, we give you a real startup scenario to see how you think and execute in your domain).

11. What are the expectations from an Intern?

Ownership (Treat your work as your own mini-startup), Communication (If you are stuck, ask for help), High Quality (Follow best practices in your domain), and Regular Updates (We move fast, we expect daily progress).
