5. Healthcare Provider Terms

If you are a healthcare provider (doctor, clinic, or hospital) using Token Care:

• You represent that you hold valid medical licenses and registrations
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your clinic and practice information
• You agree to honor the queue system and provide fair treatment to all patients
• You will maintain appropriate patient data protection measures
• You understand that Token Care is a queue management tool and not a medical diagnostic or treatment system

6. Patient Terms

If you are a patient using Token Care:

• Tokens are issued on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified
• Estimated wait times are approximations and may vary based on clinical conditions
• You must arrive at the clinic within the specified time window
• Missed or skipped tokens may result in rescheduling
• Token Care does not guarantee appointment availability

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and intellectual property related to Vynorix Technologies and our services are owned exclusively by Vynorix Technologies or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Payment Terms
